Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
12 Month Manufacturers Warranty
The 12 month Manufacturers Warranty applies to all non commercial purchase and usage of our products over the value of $200.
For commercial purchase and purchases under $200 a 6 month Manufacturers Warranty applies.
Items must be returned and inspected, and a refund or replacement is given if the unit is found to be faulty
Price Match Policy
Sommet Recovery Systems will price match guarantee the same product (or same specifications) at any advertised price. As we offer free shipping above $100.00, the price match guarantee includes the cost of shipping. For example, if you find a product for $100.00 plus $15.00 shipping, we will match a price of $115.00, shipping included
